Hi there! I'm AJ, a Pittsburgh-based Senior Art and Creative Director with over 15 years of experience in graphic design, bringing a unique fusion of creative leadership, strategic business insight, and user-centered design. I hold a Master's of Professional Studies in UX Design from Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) and an MBA from Waynesburg University, complementing my BA in Graphic Design and Art.
My professional journey has highlighted a strong capability for translating graphic design expertise into successful product design, meticulous client and project management, effective design training, and the creation of impactful promotional products and apparel artwork.
In previous roles, I've led diverse creative teams, collaborating closely with clients to guarantee dedicated artistic talent and professional artwork for their products. A key strength lies in my ability to establish and optimize operational frameworks, including developing workflow systems and SOPs for seamless client onboarding where none previously existed.
